Our Goal.

For established patients we suggest a one hour visit each year. Our patients say this visit helps keep them well. Its worth is in prevention and vitality. We review symptoms, establish goals and treatment plans for the year, including supplements and prescriptions. As needed, we schedule necessary laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.

Montana Cancer Control Program.

If you cannot afford an annual gynecological exam, mammogram, pap smear, and/or colonoscopy, contact the clinic for information about obtaining a voucher that will pay us to give you this service. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Montana Health Coop, and Allegiance. However, all plans are different and we ask our patients to check with their plan to see if Naturopathic Physicians are covered. We help you with insurance in any way we are able although we expect that patients take responsibility to know about the specifics of their plan. We are covered by Montana State Employee plans.

Medicare, Medicaid, Health Montana Kids (HMK) .

Unfortunately these programs do not cover Naturopathic providers. However we are happy to see you and will extend a cash discount for our services. Payment will be collected at the time of service.


Payment Policy

We expect payment at the time of service. We offer cash discounts for “Out of Network” plans and for patients without insurance.


Cancellation and/or Re-scheduling Policy

We place high a priority in spending time with our patients. We do not double book appointments. Therefore we respectfully request a full 24-hours’ notice for cancellation and/or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a fee for no-shows and for late cancellations. We are generous about emergencies.
