Naturopathic Doctor
As owner and medical director of Core Wellness, Dr. Roush offers naturopathic primary care to women and their families.
Since coming to Helena in 2006 he has developed a reputation for outstanding acute and chronic disease assessment and management, women's healthcare, menopausal transition management, and total family care.

He combines effective conventional and unconventional diagnostic tools including comprehensive history taking, complete physical exams, standard and functional lab assessment, hormone and thyroid testing, as well as digestion and nutritional analysis.

As medical director of Core Wellness, Dr. Roush takes responsibility for every aspect of your interaction in the clinic. He supervises all staff including the other clinic physicians.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Hailey Seedhall NP is a certified nurse practitioner, is certified by the National Association of Menopause, and is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Hailey specializes in comprehensive care for women across all stages of life, primary care for patients of all ages, and aesthetics. Hailey is happily married with three young boys that keep her busy. She and her husband are also certified foster parents. She loves to stay involved in anything outdoors, sports, and all things food.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Katelyn is our medical assistant and IV nutrition program specialist. You might see her in the office when you come in for a blood draw or come in to get an IV. When she is not at work she enjoys hanging out with friends, going hiking, and exploring Montana.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Mandy is one of our Medical Assistants. She has been the Director of the community garden in Helena. Her love of medicine however has drawn her to start training as a Physician Assistant. She loves to hike, cook and ride her horses.

PATIENT COORDINATOR
From making your appointment to checking you out at the front desk, Tracy strives to make your experience at Core Wellness wonderful.
She joined the team in January 2019 after spending sixteen years working as the office manager at an audiology clinic in Cheyenne, WY. She loves the naturopathic approach of treating the whole person and equally loves to make patients feel welcome from the time they walk in our door.

Tracy is a mom of four and a Grandma of eleven. She and her hubby Steve love spending time with their grandkids and spoiling them! They love to canoe and camp and have done many trips to the Boundary Waters which is a passion of theirs.
